Revolution Beauty Group PLC (REVB.L), a cosmetics company, on Monday confirmed recent media reports on Frasers Group PLC's (FRAS.L) interest to acquire Revolution Beauty.
The Group has noted that Frasers is one of a number of parties conducting due diligence as part of the formal sale process announced on May 21.
"There can be no certainty that Frasers' interest will result in a firm offer for the company, Revolution Beauty said.
