ChipMOS TECHNOLOGIES INC. (IMOS), a provider of outsourced semiconductor assembly and test services, on Tuesday reported a rise in revenue for the month of May, helped by a growth in memory business and, to a lesser extent, an improvement in DDIC business.
For the month of May, the company registered revenue of NT$ 2.025 billion, higher than NT$ 2.024 billion in the same period last year.
For the month of April, the Taiwanese firm recorded revenue of NT$ 1.860 billion.
