The National Football League and Genius Sports Limited (GENI) announced that they have extended and expanded their strategic technology partnership to enhance fan engagement through advanced data and video distribution.

Genius Sports will continue as the exclusive global distributor of official NFL play-by-play stats, proprietary Next Gen Stats - NGS, and sports betting data feeds to media and betting platforms.

Additionally, Genius Sports will remain the exclusive provider of low-latency live NFL "watch and bet" streams to international sportsbooks and will now solely manage the NFL's in-game advertising inventory. The company will also maintain its role as the official reseller of the league's international and U.S. sports betting advertising assets, utilizing its proprietary FANHub platform for broader activations.

The extended collaboration will drive further innovations such as BetVision, an immersive mobile sports betting stream launched in 2023, and the EA SPORTS Madden NFL Cast in 2024. GeniusIQ, Genius Sports' AI-powered platform, will continue to advance fan, broadcast, and betting experiences.

Both organizations reaffirmed their focus on integrity, with Genius Sports continuing to provide integrity monitoring for all NFL games and marquee events.

NFL's Brent Lawton emphasized Genius' importance as a strategic partner, while Genius CEO Mark Locke highlighted the deal as a milestone in revolutionizing data-driven experiences for fans, sponsors, and sportsbooks.

GENI is currently trading at $9.64 or 2.72% higher on the NYSE.
