Synectics plc (SNX.L), a provider of specialist video-based electronic surveillance systems and technology, on Thursday announced the appointment of Paul Williams as Chief Financial Officer with effect from August 26.
Paul Williams joins the company from CloudCall, bringing 12 years of experience as CFO.
In November last year, the company had announced the appointment of then CFO Amanda Larnder, as its chief executive officer.
Synectics closed the trading at 322.50 pence on the London Stock Exchange.
