Shares of Nektar Therapeutics (NKTR) are up 130% at $22, following positive data from the company's Phase 2b REZOLVE-AD study in atopic dermatitis.
REZOLVE-AD is a phase IIb clinical trial evaluating the company's drug candidate Rezpegaldesleukin for the treatment of patients with moderate-to-severe atopic dermatitis. The study tested three doses of Rezpegaldesleukin - a high dose of 24 µg/kg every two weeks, a middle dose of 18 µg/kg every two weeks, and a low dose of 24 µg/kg every four weeks (q4w), or placebo.
