Delek Logistics Partners, LP (DKL) said on Wednesday that along with its subsidiary, Delek Logistics Finance Corporation, it intends to offer $500 million of senior notes due 2033 in a private placement.
Delek Logistics aims to use the net proceeds from the offering to repay a portion of its debt.
