Multi-platinum Swedish pop star Zara Larsson recently released the official music video for her new single "Midnight Sun," the title track from her fourth international album.

The visual, directed by Charlotte Rutherford, draws inspiration from Scandinavian summers and mirrors the song's shimmering production.

Larsson created the track in collaboration with MNEK, producers Margo XS and Zhone and songwriter Helena Gao.

"I really am proud of my Swedish pop heritage, so I wanted to write about a Swedish summer where the sun never goes down. I wanted the whole album to feel like it's a summer night and it never ends. And it doesn't matter if it's December: the summer night will be there for you. It's waiting for you, it will come back for you, and you will come back for it," Larsson said of the song.

The Midnight Sun album, which is due out on September 26th via Sommer House/Epic Records, will be available in digital and physical configurations.

Larsson is set to embark on a global tour in support of Midnight Sun in early August. The tour will kick off with the North American leg alongside Tate McRae. In October - November, the pop star will play several dates in Europe and then tour Australia and New Zealand in February 2026 alongside OneRepublic.
