Bactiguard Holding AB (5JE.F) reported that its second quarter net loss attributable to shareholders narrowed to 8.11 million Swedish kronor or 0.24 kronor per share from 14.32 million kronor or 0.41 kronor per share in the prior year.
Revenues were 52.12 million kronor, a decrease of 14.4 percent from last year. Adjusted for currency effects of SEK 2.8 million, revenue decreased by 9.8 percent.
The company stated that its financial targets focus on growth and profitability, with an expected delivery by the end of 2030. These financial and strategic goals are not intended as forecasts, but rather represent what the company's Board of Directors and Executive Management consider to be reasonable mid-term expectations based on the sharpened license-focused strategy.
Specifically, the company aims to generate revenues of at least 600 million kronor and deliver an EBITDA of no less than 200 million kronor by year-end 2030.
