Cohort plc reported statutory profit before tax of 25.6 million pounds for the year ended 30 April 2025 compared to 19.8 million pounds, last year. Earnings per share was 44.25 pence compared to 37.72 pence. Adjusted operating profit increased to 27.5 million pounds from 21.1 million pounds. Adjusted earnings per share was 53.46 pence compared to 42.72 pence. Fiscal year revenue increased to 270.0 million pounds from 202.5 million pounds, last year.
The Group said 2025/26 adjusted EPS is now likely to be ahead of its previous expectations.
