Aspocomp Group Names Terhi Launis New CFO, Effective Sept. 1; Stock Down

Aspocomp Group Oyj (0DG8.L) on Thursday announced the appointment of Terhi Launis as Chief Financial Officer or CFO and a member of the Management Team, effective from September 1.

On the LSE, the stock is down 9 percent on Thursday's trading at 5.40 euros.

The Finland-based PCB manufacturer and supplier said that she takes over from Jouni Kinnunen, who will remain with the company during the transition period before he retires. Launis will be reporting to the Chief Executive Officer Manu Skyttä.

The company said that Launis joins the company from Koiviston Auto Oy, where she served as CFO. Her previous roles include Commercial Finance Leader at Paroc/Owens Corning's EU Stone Wool business and business controller at Finnair Cargo Oy. She has also held senior financial positions at Finnair Technical Services Oy and Kemira GrowHow Oyj, Aspocomp Group added.

Commenting on the appointment, Manu Skyttä, said. "Terhi brings the right mix of skills, ambition, and business-focused financial expertise to support Aspocomp's next phase of growth."
