French perfumes company Interparfums (ITP.PA) on Thursday reported sales of 211.4 million euros in its second quarter, 3.3 percent higher than 209.9 million euros in the same period last year. Sales during the three-month period benefited from good performances by Coach and Lacoste fragrances.

During the first half of the year, the company's sales rose 5.8 percent at current exchange rates to 447.0 million euros from 422.6 million euros in the year-ago period. At constant exchange rates, the increase was 6.1 percent, compared to the same period of 2024. Coach fragrances touched 106.3 million euros in the first half, a 24 percent growth from last year's 85.9 million euros.

Looking ahead, Philippe Benacin, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said: "Despite an increasingly complex environment, we have obviously achieved a good first half, in line with our projections. Given the appreciation of the Euro against the US dollar since the spring, our 2025 sales target should return to the lower end of our initial estimate of around 910 million euros."
