Cancom Cuts FY Outlook

Cancom SE (CNCXY.PK), a German IT services manager, cut its financial forecast for 2025 due to ongoing customer hesitancy and subdued market demand.

During the second quarter, business fell short of expectations. Based on preliminary data, revenue for the first half of 2025 reached approximately 803.8 million euros, compared to 835.3 million euros in the first half of 2024. EBITDA is expected to be around 36.7 million euros, down from 55.5 million euros last year, while EBITA is projected at roughly 10.1 million euros, a decline from 28.7 million euros in the previous year.

Looking ahead for fiscal year 2025, the company now forecasts revenue between 1.650 billion euros and 1.750 billion euros, revised from the previous projection of 1.700 billion euros to 1.850 billion euros.

The company now expects annual EBITDA in a range of 100 million euros to 110 million euros, compared to the earlier estimate of 115 million euros to 130 million euros. EBITA is now expected to be between 46 million euros and 56 million euros, revised down from 61 million euros to 76 million euros.

CANCOM Group's complete half-year report for 2025 is scheduled for release on 12 August 2025.
