Norma Group SE (NOEJ.DE) said on Monday that its Supervisory Board has appointed Birgit Seeger as Chief Executive Officer or CEO for a term of three years, effective from November 1.
The German manufacturer of machine joining components said that Seeger will succeed Mark Wilhelms, who has been serving as interim CEO. Wilhelms will step down from the Management Board on October 31, and rejoin the Supervisory Board the next day onwards, Norma Group added.
On the Frankfurt Exchange, the stock is up 2 percent on Monday's trading at 15.40 euros.
