ForFarmers H1 Profit Rises

Netherlands-based ForFarmers N.V. (FFARM.AS) that offers feed solutions to the organic livestock farming industry on Thursday said that profitability remains strong for the first half of 2025 driven by robust volume growth.

Profit for the six months ended June 30, 2025, attributable to shareholders of the company stood at 23.6 million euros or 0.27 euro per share as compared with 4 million euros or 0.05 euro per share in the prior-year period.

Underlying profit for the current period attributable to shareholders of the company stood at 23.4 million euros or 0.27 euro per share as compared with 16.0 million euros or 0.18 euro per share in the corresponding period of the previous year. Underlying net profit attributable to shareholders of the company increased by 46.3 percent.

Revenue increased 16 percent to 1.572 billion euros from 1.355 billion euros in the six months ended June 2024, mainly as a result of the acquisitions.

Total volume increased by 21.3 percent compared to the first half of 2024, primarily driven by the acquisition of Van Triest Veevoeders and the consolidation of the joint venture in Germany. On a like-for-like basis, total volume grew by 2.4 percent.
