Grammy-winning global superstar Ed Sheeran recently unveiled his new single "A Little More," alongside an official music video featuring actor Rupert Grint.
"A Little More" is the latest track from Sheeran's much-anticipated, forthcoming album Play, set to drop on September 12th via Gingerbread Man Records/Atlantic Records.
Sheeran wrote the song alongside Dave, Blake Slatkin, Cirkut, and Johnny McDaid.
Grint has previously collaborated with Ed in the official video for "Lego House" in 2011, where he played the character of an obsessive Sheeran fan.
The official video for "A Little More" was directed by Emil Nava. The visual depicts Grint reprising his role from "Lego House."
Recently released from prison, he strives to leave behind his unlawful past and live a "normal" life. He eventually meets his future wife, played by Nathalie Emmanuel, and the story culminates in a traditional wedding.
However, at the wedding, all the guests morph into Sheeran. In a final twist, Grint lifts his bride's veil to discover that she, too, has transformed into Sheeran.
"I hadn't worked with @rupertgrint in 14 years since Lego house, so didn't know if he'd say yes to this idea," Sheeran wrote on Instagram after the video dropped. "But I'm so glad he did. It's such a fun, bonkers video … Rupert, my brother from another mother, thank you for throwing yourself into this, it wouldn't exist had you said no." "A Little More" marks the latest single from Play. Previously, Ed released "Azizam," "Old Phone" and "Sapphire."
