RVRC Holding Q4 Profit Down 17%; Raises Annual Dividend

Swedish online outdoor apparel company RVRC Holding AB (RVRC.ST) Tuesday revealed a 17 percent drop in its fourth quarter profit. Sales fell from a year ago, affected by the stronger Swedish Kroner. The company also lifted its annual dividend by 13 percent.

The company reported profit of 50 million Swedish Kroner or 0.46 Kroner per share in the fourth quarter, down from 61 million Kroner or 0.53 Kroner per share in the same period a year ago.

During the three-month period, RVRC Holding's pre-tax profit amounted to 62 million Kroner, compared to 76 million Kroner in the previous-year quarter.

Quarterly sales declined to 405 million Kroner from 407 million Kroner in the prior-year period. EBIT for the three-month period was down 16 percent to 63 million Kroner from 74 million Kroner a year ago.

According to RVRC Holding, EBII margin fell to 15.5 percent from 18.3 percent in the second quarter of fiscal 2024.

The company said that its Board of Directors have proposed a dividend of 1.35 Kroner per share for fiscal 2025, a 13 percent increase from last year's dividend of 1.20 Kroner per share.
