The stock opened at $4.64 and traded between $4.54 and $5.54, with trading volume reaching 9.93 million shares, above the average of 8.31 million on the New York Stock Exchange. Surf Air Mobility's 52-week range is $0.90 to $9.91.
The tests showcased how blown lift and hybrid-electric propulsion can enable takeoffs and landings in 150 feet or less, potentially unlocking thousands of new routes ahead of the planned 2029 launch of Electra's flagship EL9 aircraft.
