Implenia AG (IMPN.SW) said on Wednesday that its profit rose in the first six months of fiscal 2025, helped by increased number of orders and good performance by the Building division. Revenues climbed 6.6 percent from last year.
The Swiss real estate and construction services company reported consolidated profit of 33.31 million Swiss francs or 1.80 francs per share in the first half, higher than 26.42 million francs or 1.43 francs per share in the same period last year.
According to Implenia AG, pre-tax profit came in at 41.72 million francs during the first half, compared to 33.90 million francs in the year-ago period.
Half-yearly revenues climbed to 1.86 billion francs from 1.74 billion francs in the first six months of fiscal 2024.
The company's EBIT for the period rose 13 percent to 57.0 million francs from 50.5 million francs, with all divisions reporting EBIT growth. In the first half of the year, the order book climbed 9.8 percent to 7.78 billion francs from 7.08 billion francs a year ago, helped by higher orders for tunnelling and bridge projects as well as for buildings in specialized areas.
Looking ahead, Implenia reaffirmed its EBIT outlook of 140 million francs for fiscal 2025.
