Dermapharm Holding Q2 Profit Up, Revenue Down; Backs FY25 Outlook

Dermapharm Holding SE (DMP.DE) Tuesday said that its profit rose in the second quarter, helped by lower operating expenses and reduced cost of materials. The company also reiterated its outlook for fiscal 2025.

The German pharmaceutical company posted second-quarter profit of 20.89 million euros or 0.39 euro per share, higher than 17.27 million euros or 0.32 euro per share in the corresponding period last year.

During the three-month period, pre-tax profit climbed to 32.53 million euros from 26.79 million euros in the same period of fiscal 2024.

According to Dermapharm Holding, revenue came in at 272.15 million euros during the second quarter, lower than 279.80 million euros recorded in the year-ago period. Operating result for the period rose to 44.49 million euros from 37.25 million euros in the previous-year period.

Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 outlook of revenues between 1.16 billion euros and 1.20 billion euros and adjusted EBITDA growth in the 322 million euros-332 million euros range.
