Sto SE & Co. H1 Consolidated Turnover Down 2.3%; Reaffirms FY25 Outlook

Sto SE & Co. KGaA (STO3.DE) Wednesday reported a drop in consolidated turnover for the first six months of the year, impacted by difficult economic conditions and higher prices. The company, however, reiterated its outlook for the year ahead.

The German company specializing in building solutions, posted consolidated turnover of 777.1 million euros in the first half of 2025, down from 795.7 million euros in the same period last year.

The company said that in its largest segment, Western Europe, including Germany, turnover declined 3.4 percent to 596.5 million euros in the first six months of the year from 617.3 million euros in the prior-year period. In the Northern/Eastern Europe segment, turnover rose marginally to 77.0 million euros from 76.0 million euros a year ago.

Sto SE & Co. said that in the first six months, consolidated EBIT declined to 25.3 million euros from 29.3 million euros in the corresponding period in fiscal2024. The company's EBT fell by 15.5 percent to 25.6 million euros from last year's 30.3 million euros.

Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its fiscal 2025 outlook of turnover of 1.57 billion euros and EBIT between 51 million euros and 71 million euros.
