Uniper SE (UNPRF.PK), a German energy company, said on Thursday that it Chief Financial Officer, Jutta Dönges, has informed the Board that she intends to leave the company at the end of her current contract in February 2026, or earlier.
"The supervisory Board's presidential committee has accepted her request for a potential earlier termination of her duties and has already initiated the succession process," Uniper said.
Dönges plans to take up a new role at Aumovio SE, after leaving Uniper.
