Frasers Group PLC (FRAS.L), a retailer of sports, fitness, fashion, and other lifestyle products, said on Friday that its Chair, David Daly, will step down at the company's annual general meeting on September 24.
Sir Jon Thompson, who joined the Group's Board in 2024 as a Non-Executive Director, will succeed Daly as Chair with effect from September 1.
