Hammerson PLC (HMSO.L,HMN.JO), a British property developer and investor, said on Tuesday that it has appointed Rob Wilkinson as Chief Executive Officer. He will join the Board on December 15 as CEO Designate and will take up his role as CEO with effect from January 1, 2026.
Wilkinson will succeed Rita-Rose Gagné, who, as announced in June, has informed the company of her intention to retire. Gagné will step down as CEO December 31.
Wilkinson will join Hammerson from AEW Europe. He joined AEW in 2009, initially serving as Chief Investment Officer in Europe until 2014, when he was appointed as CEO.
