Onfolio Holdings, Inc. (ONFO) shares rose 16.95 percent to $1.32 on Monday, adding $0.19, after the company announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.75 per share on its Series A preferred stock. The stock opened at $1.10 and traded between $1.02 and $1.95, compared with a prior close of $1.13 on the Nasdaq. Trading volume spiked to 29.4 million shares, far above the average of 98,277. Onfolio now trades within a 52-week range of $0.61 to $1.95.
