Wolftank Group H1 Loss Widens, Sales Down; Guides FY25

Wolftank Group AG (WAH.DE) Thursday said that its net loss widened in the first half of 2025, impacted by lower sales and damage payment one-off effects. Sales declined from last year and the company also provided outlook for the year ahead.

During the first six months of the year, the technology company for energy and environmental solutions, posted consolidated net loss of 5.9 million euros, compared to consolidated net loss of 0.8 million euros in the same period last year.

According to Wolftank Group, consolidated pre-tax loss amounted to 6.1 million euros in the first half, compared to consolidated earnings before taxes of 0.2 million euros in the previous-year period.

The company said that adjusted EBITDA amounted to -0.1 million euros in the half-year period, compared to last year's 4.8 million euros. Accounting for the 2.5 million euros one-off effect due to a provision for a first-instance ruling on a damage payment to a customer in Italy, EBITDA came in at -2.6 million euros and EBIT to -5.1 million euros.

Wolftank Group's consolidated half-yearly sales were 60.8 million euros, lower than 62 million euros recorded in the corresponding period a year ago.

Looking ahead, for full year 2025, the company expects consolidated revenue in the range of 121 million euros to 123 million euros. Wolftank Group forecasts EBITDA in the range of -1.0 million euros and 0.5 million euros. Adjusted EBITDA of between 1.5 million euros and 3.0 million euros is forecast for the year ahead.
