The Board of Management of the general partner of Ströer SE & Co. KGaA announced a revision to the company's outlook for the financial year 2025.

The original forecast, as outlined in the 2024 annual report and reaffirmed in the second-quarter interim report of 2025, projected organic revenue growth in line with 2024's 6.4% increase, along with a slightly higher growth rate in adjusted EBITDA. However, this projection was largely contingent on a timely and conclusive resolution of the ongoing tariff dispute with the United States. The fourth quarter of 2025 was considered critical to achieving the forecast under those conditions.

Given the continued geopolitical and macroeconomic uncertainties and their impact on the advertising market, the Board of Management now expects revenue, excluding acquisitions, and adjusted EBITDA for 2025 to remain flat compared to the previous year. In 2024, Ströer reported revenue of 2.047 billion euros and adjusted EBITDA of 626 million euros.

Despite these challenges, the company remains confident in its strategic direction It anticipates continued expansion of its market share in the German advertising sector and reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable and profitable growth over the medium and long term. This trajectory will be supported by the ongoing digitalization of its out-of-home (OOH) advertising infrastructure.
