Agrana Beteiligungs AG (AGB2.F,AGB2.DE), a producer of sugar and corn and wheat starch products, Friday announced the appointment of Franz Ennser as Chief Operations Officer or COO for a three-year term, effective November 1.
Franz will be taking care of Agricultural Raw Materials Operational Excellence, including Occupational Health and Investments Purchasing, Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
He has been with Agrana since 1998 where he has worked for Austria Juice GmbH and held the position of CEO since 2014.
On the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, the stock is currently moving down 2.83 percent at 12 pence.
