Zigup PLC (ZIG.L), a passenger car rental company, said on Tuesday that it has performed well for the first four months of the year and is on track to hit market expectations.
In addition, the company noted that it will pay a final dividend of 17.6 pence per share on September 30 to shareholders on the register as of August 29. With this, the total dividend for the year ended April 30, 2025, stands at 26.4 pence per share, higher than the prior year's total dividend of 25.8 pence per share.
The Group is expected to release its first-half earnings report on December 3.
