Kitron ASA (KP5.F), an electronics manufacturing services company, on Thursday announced that its Chief Operating Officer Kristoffer Asklöv has resigned to pursue the position of CEO at a Swedish manufacturing firm that does not compete with Kitron.
Asklöv's responsibilities will be split between Chief Technology Officer Stian Haugen and Hasse Faxe, who will join Kitron's corporate management team as Chief Commercial Officer effective October 1.
Haugen joined the company in 2013 and has held the position of Chief Technology Officer since 2020. Faxe joined Kitron following its acquisition of BB Electronics in 2022, and presently serves as the company's global sales as Director.
