Siegfried Holding AG (SFZN.SW), a Swiss producer of active pharmaceutical ingredients, said on Friday that its Chairman Andreas Casutt will step down at the annual general meeting on April 16, 2026.

Subsequently, the Board will propose to the 2026 annual general meeting that Beat Walti be elected as the new Chairman. Walti was elected to the Board of Siegfried in 2022.

The attorney chairs the Board of Trustees of the Ernst Göhner Foundation, Siegfried's largest shareholder. He holds board mandates at the Danish company DSV A/S and, as Chairman, at Rahn AG.

In addition, he has been a member of the Swiss National Council since 2014, where he serves on the Economic Affairs and Taxation Committee.
