The Berkeley Group Holdings Plc. (BKG.L) announced the appointment of Neil Eady as Chief Financial Officer, effective Monday. Neil is currently the Divisional Finance Director at Berkeley Capital. He joined Berkeley in July 2013 and has held various Finance Director roles across the Group, including being part of the team that launched the St William joint venture in 2014.
Prior to joining Berkeley, Neil spent 10 years at Land Securities, where he held several positions, including Corporate Finance Director. He brings 22 years of experience in the property and development sector to his new role.
