Andreas Schick, Chief Operating Officer of Schaeffler AG (SHA0.DE), has informed the Supervisory Board that he will not be extending his contract, which is set to expire on March 31, 2026, for personal reasons.
The Supervisory Board has acknowledged his decision.
The company said that succession plans will be announced in due course.
