Nicox SA (COX.PA), an ophthalmology company, on Thursday said it has completed additional analyses of data from the NCX 470 Denali Phase 3 trial, confirming an efficacy profile consistent with that observed in the subgroup analysis of the Mont Blanc trial.
In the Denali trial's long-term safety extension period from six to twelve months, NCX 470 maintained robust intraocular pressure (IOP) reduction with no new safety signals observed.
The company plans to submit New Drug Application (NDA) for NCX 470 in the U.S. in the first half of 2026, followed shortly by submission in China.
