OSE Immunotherapeutics SA (OSE.PA), a clinical-stage biotechnology company, Friday said that its Board of Directors has decided to appoint Marc Le Bozec as interim Chief Executive Officer, or CEO, with immediate effect. This follows the decision to terminate the services of the previous CEO Nicolas Poirier.
The company said that its Board has also initiated a formal search process to identify a permanent CEO. In the interim period, Le Bozec has been entrusted with leading a strategic review of the company's business, with a focus on enhancing value across partnerships, financial management, and clinical development programs.
The company added that Nicolas Poirier will continue in his role as Chief Scientific Officer at OSE Immunotherapeutics.
OSE Immunotherapeutics said that Le Bozec has vast experience as a consultant, board member, and investor within the biotechnology sector, with a strong track record in interim management roles.
