Pets at Home Group Plc (PETS.L), a pet care retailer, on Monday said it has begun the second tranche of its previously announced £25 million share buyback programme.
Under this phase, the company will repurchase up to £12.5 million of its shares beginning today, with the programme expected to conclude by March 26, 2026.
Pets at Home has appointed Jefferies International Limited to execute the buyback.
