Angle plc (AGL.L, ANPCY), a medical diagnostic company, on Thursday announced that it has appointed Peter Collins as interim Chief Executive Officer effective from October 16.
Angle plc is set to be renamed CelLBxHealth plc.
Klaas de Boer has been appointed as a senior advisor to the Board, effective on October 16.
Collins brings over 25 years of experience and has served in roles such as Chief Executive Officer, Chief Business Officer, and Vice President.
On September 12, the company announced that Chief Executive Andrew Newland and Finance Director Ian Griffiths have agreed to step down from the Board following feedback and discussions with a significant shareholder.
Angle is currently trading 1.3053% lesser at 1.8752 on the London Stock Exchange.
