I-Mab To Present Updated Givastomig Data In Gastric Cancer At Major Oncology Conference Next Week

Shares of I-Mab (IMAB) touched a new 52-week high of $6.72 yesterday as the company gears up to present updated Givastomig monotherapy data at the 2025 AACR-NCI-EORTC Molecular Targets and Cancer Therapeutics Conference on October 23, 2025.

Givastomig, the company's lead drug candidate, is a bispecific antibody targeting Claudin 18.2-positive tumor cells. It conditionally activates T cells through the 4-1BB signalling pathway in the tumour microenvironment, where CLDN18.2 is expressed. CLDN18.2 is a protein that is often expressed in various cancer types, including gastric and gastroesophageal adenocarcinomas. (Source: PubMed).
