German automotive parts supplier HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA (HLKHF), called FORVIA HELLA reported a modest increase in group sales for the first nine months of fiscal year 2025. On a currency-adjusted basis, sales rose by 0.4% to 6.0 billion euros. However, reported sales remained flat year-on-year at 5.9 billion euros.

The growth was primarily driven by the Business Group Electronics, which saw a 5.6% increase in sales compared to the previous year, reaching 2.6 billion euros from 2.4 billion euros. This performance was fueled by strong demand in the radar segment across all regions, supported by the launch of new customer projects and the continued ramp-up of existing series production. In Europe and China, the company also benefited from rising demand for vehicle access systems. Additionally, the Chinese market saw successful development in low-voltage battery management systems, following series launches in the prior year.

In contrast, the Business Group Lighting experienced a decline in sales, dropping 8.5% to 2.7 billion euros from 3.0 billion euros last year. Similarly, the Business Group Lifecycle Solutions reported a 4.2% decrease, with sales falling to 0.7 billion euros from 0.8 billion euros last year.

FORVIA HELLA plans to release its full financial results for the first nine months of fiscal year 2025 on 7 November 2025, as scheduled.
