Belysse Group NV (BELYS.BR) Monday said that its consolidated group revenue declined 11 percent to 60.6 million euros in the third quarter of 2025, impacted by the ongoing weak market demand in the European Residential market.
The Belgian sustainable textile flooring company said that organic revenue fell by 7.2 percent while FX impact led to a 3.7 percent decline. Quarterly revenue was negatively impacted by lower volumes in the US project driven business and unsuitable exchange rate effects.
Coming to the divisions, while the United States reported a 11 percent drop in revenue, European revenue were down 10.8 percent during the third quarter.
During the third quarter, adjusted consolidated group EBITDA fell from the same period last year, mainly affected by negative dollar translation and lower volumes. On the Brussels Stock Exchange, BELYS.BR ended Friday's trading at 0.9500 euros.
