OVH Groupe (OVH.PA), a French cloud computing company, said on Tuesday that it has appointed Octave Klaba as its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer with effect from October 20.
Klaba, the founder of OVHcloud, will succeed Benjamin Revcolevschi as CEO.
With this new appointment, OVH Groupe has combined the roles of Chairman and CEO. "By combining the roles of Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer, the Group is strengthening the link between vision, strategy, and execution," the company said.
