Aalberts Q3 Revenue Declines

Aalberts N.V. (AACA.F,AALB.AS), the Netherlands-based technology provider, on Thursday reported a 1.9 per cent decline in organic revenue for the third quarter, compared to the prior year.

Revenue declined to 772.5 million euros from 772.9 million euros a year ago. However, the building segment reported an organic revenue growth of 3.2%.

Looking ahead, the firm expects the full-year EBITDA margin to be around 13 percent.

In the quarter ended, EBITA for the firm slipped to 96.3 million euros from 106.2 million euros in the prior year.

EBITA margin decreased to 12.5 per cent from 13.7 per cent in the last year.

The firm expects closure of the acquisition of GVT in the Southeast Asian market in the coming weeks.

Aalberts also said that it is in the process of cancelling the repurchased shares.

In the Frankfurt market, the shares were trading 0.22 % higher at 27.64 euros.
