Allgeier SE (AEIN.DE) announced the sale of its IT managed services business as part of a strategic move to concentrate on its core competencies.

The company revealed that its subsidiary, Allgeier Public SE, based in Munich, has signed definitive agreements with private equity investor Synova for the divestment of Allgeier IT Services GmbH.

The transaction, expected to close in the coming weeks, involves a business unit generating approximately 50 million euros in annual revenue. Allgeier IT Services GmbH specializes in delivering managed services to mid-sized enterprises. The business has been valued in the upper double-digit million euro range.

The divestment aligns with Allgeier's strategic focus on expanding its software solutions portfolio, particularly in the digitalization of business operations and public administration processes.
