Exosens 9-Mnth Total Revenue Rises 23%; Backs Annual Outlook

Exosens S.A (EXENS.PA) Monday said that its total revenue climbed 23 percent in the first nine months of the year, helped by the ongoing strength of defence-end markets. Additionally, the company also reiterated its outlook for the year ahead.

The French company, which manufactures and sells electro-optical technologies, reported total revenue of 327.8 million euros in the first nine months of the year, up 23.2 percent from 266.2 million euros in the same period last year. On a like-for like basis, revenue climbed 15.1 percent from a year ago.

Exosens said that total revenue benefited mostly from the 21 percent growth in amplification revenue to 231.8 million euros in the nine-month period from 192.2 million euros in the same period last year.

During the nine-month period, adjusted gross margin rose 28.7 percent to 168.0 million euros from 130.5 million euros recorded in the corresponding period in 2024. The company said that adjusted gross margin benefited from higher sales volumes, improved yields and a favorable product mix.

Looking ahead, Exosens reaffirmed its outlook for fiscal 2025 with revenue growth in the high-teens and adjusted EBITDA growth in the low twenties, in comparison to last year's figures. In fiscal 2024, the company reported revenue of 383.4 million euros and adjusted EBITDA of 119.8 million euros, on a restated basis.

On the Paris Stock Exchange, EXENS.PA is down 1.47 percent on Monday's trading at 46.95 euros.
