Hypoport (HYQ.DE) expects strong financial results for the third quarter of 2025. The company has lowered its revenue and gross profit outlook for the full year, but maintained its annual EBIT forecast.

Revenue for the third quarter is projected to rise by 11% to approximately 154 million euros, compared to an adjusted 139.1 million euros in the third quarter of 2024. Gross profit is anticipated to grow by 19% to around 67 million euros, up from 56.4 million euros in the same period last year. EBIT is expected to more than double, increasing by 120% to approximately 7.6 million euros, compared to 3.4 million euros in the third quarter of 2024.

The primary driver behind this growth in revenue, gross profit, and EBIT is the strong performance of the private mortgage business within Hypoport's Real Estate & Mortgage Platforms segment.

However, due to the increasingly weaker performance throughout the year of Starpool Finanz GmbH—a joint venture with Deutsche Bank—the Executive Board has revised its full-year 2025 forecast. Hypoport now expects revenue of at least 600 million euros, down from the previous estimate of 640 million euros, and gross profit of at least 260 million euros, compared to the earlier forecast of 270 million euros. The EBIT forecast remains unchanged, projected to be between 30 million and 36 million euros.

Hypoport will release its final third-quarter 2025 results on Monday, 10 November 2025.
