At its 2025 Annual General Meeting, Wesfarmers Ltd. (WFAFF.PK) announced plans to make an additional $1.50 per share distribution to shareholders in December, pending shareholder approval. The payout comprises a capital return of $1.10 and a fully-franked dividend of 40 cents per share.
The company said the distribution has been made possible by recent portfolio actions, including the sale of its remaining 4.9% stake in Coles Group, and the divestment of Coregas and WesCEF's LPG and LNG distribution businesses.
