Medios AG (ILM1.DE), a specialty pharmaceutical company, announced the appointment of Thomas Meier as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 1. The company has already appointed him as a member of the Board.
Meier succeeds Matthias Gaertner, who will remain in office until December 31.
Meier has been serving as CEO of the Swiss Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization or CDMO company since 2020.
Medios has scheduled its quarterly statements on November 11, 2025.
On XETRA in Germany, shares were trading 1.64 percent higher 12.40 euros.
