Fresenius Q3 Net Income, Excl. FMC, Increases; Raises FY EBIT Growth Outlook

Fresenius (FSNPF, FSNUF,FRE.DE), a German health care company, reported that its third quarter net income, excluding Fresenius Medical Care or FMC, increased 13% to 351 million euros from 312 million euros in the prior year. Quarterly core earnings per share rose by 14% in constant currency to 0.62 euros.

Group EBIT, excluding special items, reached 574 million euros, up 6% in constant currency terms.

Group revenues for the third quarter grew 3% to 5.477 billion euros from 5.303 billion euros last year. Revenues increased by 5% in constant currency terms. Organic revenue growth was 6% driven by consistent delivery across Fresenius Kabi and Fresenius Helios.

Fresenius raised its group EBIT growth guidance for fiscal year 2025. Constant currency EBIT growth is now expected to be in the range of 4% to 8%, an upward revision from the previous guidance of 3% to 7%.

The company still expects annual organic revenue growth between 5% and 7%.
