U.K.-based IMI plc (IMI.L), an engineering company, on Thursday said it delivered an excellent performance in the third quarter spanning July 1 to September 30, 2025.
Third quarter organic revenue was 12 percent higher than the same period last year and is now 5 percent higher year to date. Statutory revenue in the quarter was 11 percent higher than last year, reflecting the foreign currency movements seen in the period.
The company reconfirmed the full year guidance and said it was on track to deliver fourth consecutive year of mid-single digit organic revenue growth in 2025.
The company continues to expect that full year adjusted basic earnings per share would be between 129p and 136p.
