German construction company Hochtief AG (HOCFF.PK) on Thursday reported a nominal net profit for the nine-month period of 655.6 million euros or 8.71 euros per share, compared to 578.9 million euros or 7.70 euros per share last year.

Sales for the period rose 19.2% to 28.11 billion euros from 23.58 billion euros last year.

EBITDA for the period rose 20.5% to 1.57 billion euros from 1.30 billion euros last year.

Hochtief's operational net profit rose by 19% to 537.5 million euros, from 449.9 million euros last year.

CEO Juan Santamaría said, "The strength of our diversified portfolio, supported by robust project execution and prudent financial management, has ensured a strong performance in an evolving global environment."

Based on the excellent results achieved and the positive prospects, HOCHTIEF increases the guidance for 2025 and now expects to achieve an operational net profit of between 750 and 780 million euros, compared to prior guidance of 680 to 730 million euros.

The new guidance range corresponds to an increase of 20-25% year-on-year. The increase is driven by an updated assessment of the business performance in the fourth quarter of 2025, where the Executive Board now expects to see an acceleration of operational net profit growth versus the first nine-months of 2025 period driven mainly by the very strong profit momentum at the Turner segment.
