Krones Q3 Results Rise; Backs Annual Outlook

Krones AG (KRNNF.PK,KRNTY.PK,KRN.DE), a German packaging and bottling machine manufacturer, Friday said that its third quarter consolidated net income rose 3.3 percent from last year, helped by higher order intake and improved revenue. The company also reiterated its outlook for fiscal 2025.

The company reported consolidated net income of 67.9 million euros or 2.15 euros per share in the third quarter, more than 65.7 million euros or 2.08 euros per share in the previous-year quarter.

During the three-month period, Krones posted revenue of 1.38 billion euros, 4.7 percent higher than 1.32 billion euros in the same period last year. Third-quarter order intake climbed 4 percent to 1.37 billion euros from 1.32 billion euros order intake in the year-ago period.

According to Krones, EBITDA for the given period rose 5.4 percent to 142.2 million euros from 134.9 million euros in the corresponding period of fiscal 2024.

Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its outlook for full year 2025. It continues to expect revenue growth of 7 percent to 9 percent, an EBITDA margin between 10.2 percent to 10.8 percent and ROCE of 18 percent to 20 percent.

On the XETRA Exchange, KRN.DE ended Thursday's trading at 199.60 euros, down 1.81 percent.
